Spaces are 10' X 10' (no power access).
Vendor is responsible for providing tables, chairs, canopies, fixtures and signs (if applicable).
$25 per space for Lincoln/Broadway Businesses/Residents
$30 per space for Off Lincoln/Broadway Businesses/Residents
The event is also conducting a raffle throughout the day. Attendees that bring non-perishable food item(s) will be entered to win. This activity supports the church's food bank. Door prize donations are welcome and appreciated.
At this time as an organization, we are unable to process credit cards. Please submit payment via Venmo or contact Marlene for additional payment options.

Sponsor Information:
$20 (minimum) donation adds company logo to the official event flyer.

Add a coupon to the event coupon sheet (optional, no additional cost).

$15 (minimum) donation sponsor can provide a banner for event staff to hang on abundant surrounding fences.
Payment for sponsor inclusion on flyers must be made by no later than August 25, 2021 to allow for production and printing.
Banner placement payment and delivery must be complete by the 10th of September.

Proceeds from advertising will be used to fund L/BCRNO's non profit application, registration fees and to support future events.
Lincoln St. Community, officially the Lincoln/Broadway Community Registered Neighborhood Organization (L/BCRNO) is a new organization that is working to create a sense of community, raise funds to support our 501(c)(3) status, and build a treasury for future activities and events. We endeavor to partner with the local business community and become the most engaged and welcoming RNO in the area. At this time, the L/BCRNO does not charge membership fees and is wholly supported by the most wonderful cadre of volunteers. These fine folks are working in partnership with the city to confront the unique challenges experienced along this dynamic corridor to include, zoning, traffic, walkability, and parking, just to name a few.
